Complaints


Dear customers,

As part of the ongoing development of our processes and our constant efforts to further improve customer service, we will record in future all complaints (services and repairs) centrally, clarify initial technical details directly with you and provide you with the shipping data required for a return shipment to SEMIKRON.

SEMIKRON will assume the costs of the return shipment for all complaints within the agreed warranty period.

Therefore to ensure that your request is processed as quickly as possible, please understand that we will not accept returns where an RMA has not been issued before returning the goods in question.
